部门简介
　　长度与几何量检测部主要开展各类常规和特殊计量器具的检定／校准和修理，具有一流水平的恒温实验室，以及先进的、高精度的进口 和国产计量检测设备，技术力量雄厚，共有工程技术人员16名，人员结构合理，既有长期从事计量检定积累了丰富经验的老同志，也有一大批年富力强、学历层次高、勤奋好学的年轻人。
特色检测项目

  • 各类螺纹量规和螺纹零件 
       本中心拥有荷兰生产的XPL400螺纹综合测量仪、SJ5200-10060螺纹综合测量仪、瑞士生产的LABCP1000高精度万能测长仪、JD25-C数据处理万能测长仪、高精度 坐标测量机、德国生产的万能工具显微镜、以及数百套螺纹校对规，能对各种标准、各种尺寸的螺纹量规及螺纹零部件提供快速、准确的全参数校准和检测。

  • 镀层厚度标准片 
       本中心拥有德国生产的XDV-SDD X射线荧光镀层测厚仪和MMS PC2涂镀层测厚仪，可对各种金属镀层标准片及零件、印刷线路板的镀铜厚度、阻焊层厚度进行测量 ，同时还可进行痕量分析，金属成分分析。

  • 大尺寸游标卡尺 
      本中心拥有德国生产的激光跟踪仪及各种规格精度的量块，除了能测量各种常规的游标类量具以外，还能实现大尺寸游标类量具的测量。

  • 大尺寸量棒，内径千分尺 
       本中心拥有德国生产的1m测长机和3m测长机，可对各种尺寸的内径千分尺及量棒进行测量。

  • 环规 
       本中心拥有德国生产的孔径比较仪和测长机、高精度坐标测量机，以及各种规格精度的标准环规和量块，可对小至1mm，大至1000mm的各种环规进行测量。

  • 量具检修 
       本中心拥有数显全自动指示表检定仪和各种规格的量块，能对各种游标类、测微类及指示类量具进行检定、校准和维修。

  • 量块检定 
       本中心拥有电脑量块比较仪、接触式干涉仪和各种规格的标准量块，能够对各种规格的量块进行检定/校准。
